My background is in psychology, neuroscience, and business strategy, but most of my learning has come from late nights with my two boys, trying to balance patience, purpose, and the chaos of everyday life.

In my professional world, I’ve advised leaders and served on boards in health and education, where decisions shape communities and futures. At home, I’m reminded that leadership begins in the smallest moments — at the dinner table, during bedtime stories, or in how we respond when things don’t go as planned.

I believe family is the first place where values are tested, resilience is built, and legacy begins. My work is about exploring that link between the personal and the universal — between how we raise our children and how we shape the world.
